Shipping policy

Every order is carefully prepared by our dedicated team during the workweek (Monday–Friday, statutory holidays off). We usually ship within 4 to 5 business days, unless the product listing says otherwise.
For our U.S. buyers, we’ve streamlined shipping through our American distribution center — so you never have to worry about unexpected customs fees.
Rest assured, we’re doing all we can to dispatch promptly; however, please plan for up to 15 business days in transit, as we rely on current stock levels at our U.S. hub.
